For the last two years, Ambassador Colter (standing in the back row with the hat), leader of the West Valley Volunteen program, has won a full scholarship at Chapel Hill! Sunday was her last day with us, and though we will miss her outstanding leadership, we are very proud of her accomplishment! This weekend, the team filled over 200 homeless hygiene bags under her guidance at Ceasar Chavez park!
