As of 2023, an estimated 13,553 people in Arizona are experiencing homelessness, according to the latest Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) data. Arizona's figures account for over 2% of the nation's unhoused population.

The average wait time to be considered for shelter is over two months, which is why the goal of Dsquared Homes for the Homeless is the prevention of homelessness.


On Christmas Eve, D2 assisted our 75th client, who had received her third eviction notice, with rent. I am excited that she will enter 2024 in her apartment instead of on the streets. I couldn't think of a better Xmas gift for someone in need!
